Anna D'Cruz

Managing Director, CEO and Company Secretary

Anna has been with the company since its inception and has always been responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the company.  Having undertaken her initial management and financial training with Woolworths Pty. Ltd., Anna has brought with her a very strong financial control system that has greatly assisted the company to self fund its growth.  

 

Recently she has also taken on the role of Managing Director of Phoenix Cleaning & Maintenance Services. She has, since the formative years of the company, been involved in Operations and day to day management, starting the company with only 10 staff and continually guiding the company through to today’s position.

 

With previous experience, as senior management, within the industry, Anna’s wealth of experience and industry knowledge has fostered the growth of Phoenix Cleaning & Maintenance Services.



Chris Sinclair

General Manager

Chris has been actively involved in the cleaning industry for the past 20 years, in this time Chris has been employed in various roles including Supervisor, Regional Manager and Operations Manager and 12 years as the owner of his own cleaning company. Chris has also recently spent some time with City Holdings transitioning all SA, NT and Tasmanian Coles stores to direct FM.

 

Chris is well experienced with a vast knowledge of both commercial, industrial and retail cleaning services. Chris currently oversees the daily operations of the company, ensuring the delivery of an efficient and professional cleaning service to our clients, as well as strong management skills with our Area & Account Managers.
